As a first-time juror, I saw the perspective of users who need software solutions. They have limited time to look at 10-20 portals.

Given those limits, I want portals that respect me and my time. I don’t want to sign up for demos or videos. I can run stuff at the command line. I want to see solutions on my laptop. I wanted docs that explained the software in language that didn’t stress my brain.

If I spent 10 minutes on a portal, and the commands didn’t work, the language was too complex, the use cases were too hard to find, I’d move on.
